RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Heart Saver Institute are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Heart Saver Institute and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Heart Saver Institute does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Heart Saver Institute itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting Heart Saver Institute, you agree that the laws of the state of DEFINE_STATE, DEFINE_COUNTRY, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Heart Saver Institute or its associates.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Heart Saver Institute or to products you purchase through Heart Saver Institute shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in DEFINE_STATE, DEFINE_COUNTRY, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Heart Saver's intellectual property rights, Heart Saver Institute may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of DEFINE_STATE, DEFINE_COUNTRY, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. There is a no-refund policy for any digital or shippable items; a store credit will be issued for any disputes within 30 days of purchase.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

Please review our other policies, such as our Shipping and Returns policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Heart Saver Institute. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Refund Policy

There is no refund at all on any digital products. You will receive access to your training platform for the amount of time that was stated on the product description you purchased. If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support Department immediately so we can resolve the issue.

All digital and downloadable product sales are final. We do not offer digital product refunds, once a download/digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can retrieve back.

Please be advised that any and all agreements for downloadable/ digital products are NOT subject to refund or store credit. We do not accept any verbal modifications of these Agreements and the “no refund and no cancellation” policy stated in the Agreements is strictly adhered to.
